PRE-AUTHORISATION POLICY A swipe of a credit/debit card (preauthorisation) is required on check-in to be held against the cost of the room plus any extra costs, breakages or noise problems. A £50 cash deposit could be used instead.

CANCELLATIONS In the event of a cancellation, our policy is as follows: - There are NO REFUNDS if an advanced purchase or pre-paid offer is cancelled. (This will be clearly stated in the package details when booking) - Cancellations for all other rates should be made directly to the property AT LEAST 24 HOURS before 12noon on your day of arrival. Failure to do so or in the case of a no-show, will result in a cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation cost. - Deposit and booking fee (where charged) are NON-REFUNDABLE - Group Bookings of more than 5 rooms are required to give 4 weeks cancellation notice and are subject to the Corr’s Corner Hotel’s Block Bookings terms and conditions supplied on group booking. ROOM AVAILABILITY Rooms are available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 12noon on the day of departure. Please inform us if you require ground floor and/or wheelchair accessible rooms at the time of booking. The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the management's prior permission. Failure to do so may void your booking.

VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS Your voucher code must be quoted when booking and actual voucher presented upon check in at the hotel. Vouchers must be used in full and cannot be partially used.

HOTEL TERMS The Occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise to other Occupants. The hotel has a strict NON SMOKING policy. Failure to adhere to this will result in a £200 penalty fine. The Hotel accepts no liability whatsoever for loss, damage, deficiency, destruction or injury attributable, in whole or in part, to any circumstances outside its control. This shall be interpreted in accordance with Laws of Northern Ireland and the Organiser agrees that any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Northern Irish Courts.
